The Dream Home is the design-build division of N&A Group — a Sri Lankan firm with fifteen years of delivering residential, commercial, and institutional projects across the island.
Our story
We were founded on a simple frustration — that for most Sri Lankan homeowners, building a house meant uncertainty, cost overruns, and a year of polite arguments.
In response, we built a practice around the RIBA Plan of Work, fixed-price contracts, and an in-house team of chartered engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers. Every drawing, every line item, every site visit is owned by us.
Today we deliver luxury residences for clients in Colombo and Kandy, and remotely for Sri Lankans living in London, Sydney, Toronto, and Dubai. The same studio team. The same standards. The same warranty.
